   AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Accsys Technologies plc (AXS.LN) wil EUR30 miljoen ophalen met de uitgifte van aandelen, maakt de onderneming vrijdag bekend.
   
   Het gaat in dit verband om een zogeheten 'open offer', aldus Accsys in begeleidend persbericht.
   
   In totaal worden 200 miljoen nieuwe gewone aandelen uitgegeven tegen een prijs van EUR0,15 per aandeel. Die prijs betekent een korting van 58,9% op de slotkoers van EUR0,365 op donderdag 3 februari.
   
   De uitgifte in onderschreven door Numis, die samen met Matrix de uitgifte zal begeleiden.

   PROPOSED FUNDRAISING AND INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT
   Proposed Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer
   • Accsys Technologies today announces a fundraising to raise gross proceeds of €30 million by way of a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer, which has been underwritten by Numis who are also acting as Joint Broker to the Company alongside Matrix.
   • The Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer will comprise a total of 200,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.15 per New Ordinary Share, representing a 58.9 per cent. discount to the Closing Price of €0.365 per Existing Ordinary Share on 3 February 2011.
   • 99,698,736 New Ordinary Shares will be issued through the Firm Placing and 100,301,264 New Ordinary Shares will be issued through the Placing and Open Offer.

   Interim Management Statement
   • In the three month period to 31 December 2010, Accsys has continued to see increasing demand for Accoya® while building on the process improvements achieved over the course of the previous year.
   • During the period, underlying demand for Accoya® wood has continued with Accoya® wood revenues (excluding sales to Diamond Wood) increasing by 67% from €1.4m to €2.4m compared to the same quarter in the previous year.
   • Continued expansion of distribution network and new licensing opportunities: o Three new distribution agreements signed, including the first in Chile, Australia,
   Belgium and Luxembourg;
   o Option agreement signed with a major multinational corporation for a licence to build an Accoya® production plant in Europe together with the rights to sell Accoya® in a number of European countries.
   • Further progress has also been made in the period with our Tricoya® joint development partner, Medite Europe Limited. We are confident that the joint development work will result in a decision to move forward with Tricoya®.
   • Continued focus on operational disciplines with a further 13% reduction in other operating costs in the quarter compared to the same quarter in the previous year.

   Ongelooflijk wat een stel boeven. Niet eens een voorkeursrecht voor de bestaande aandeelhouders. Eer komen gewoon een stel roofvogels langs die de helft van het bedrijf krijgen voor 15 cent per aandeel. Dit is nou engels ondernemerschap. Ik wed dat die Paul Clegg een flinke pluk van die Firm offer opeist. Ik neem aan dat de firm offering al geplaatstr ias bij zn vriendjes

    Accsys heeft natuurlijk wat extra geld nodig om alles goed op de rit te houden. Ondanks de uitgifte van deze aandelen blijft het wel een mooi aandeel met een hoge potentie.
    Ben benieuwd waar we eind dit jaar staan!!

    Precies RT 76 !!
    Dit is even heel vervelend maar ga in de "woede, paniek" nu geen gekke dingen doen !!
    
    De vooruitzichten blijven hetzelfde!!
    Vandaag de uitgifte en de koers hard omlaag, volgende week de deal met de multinational en de koers hard omhoog.....

    Ik ben er (tijdelijk) uitgestapt tegen 0,23 euro. Had teveel om het risico te nemen. Stap tegen lagere koers weer in.

    Blijf lekker zitten, Accsys is toch een aandeel voor de lange termijn.
    Mocht de koers verder wegzakken dan vergroot ik mijn positie.
    Binnen een paar jaar (3 jaar) verwacht ik dat we minimaal op 1 euro of hoger staan. Hopelijk zit de economy ook een beetje.

    Snap het ook niet echt Cementwagen maar ik hoef het ook niet te snappen natuurlijk.
    
    We zijn allemaal ingestapt omdat er volgens ons een hoop potentieel in het bedrijf zit.
    Om alles goed op de rit te zetten is er geld nodig en helaas moet dat op deze manier. Maar dan veranderd er niets aan het potentieel toch?
    Wat ik al eerder schreef als volgende week de deal met die grote multinational rond komt staat de koers weer op € 0.40....

    wilde de multinational niet alleen een deal maar ook goedkope aandelen??
