Actually standard (stationary) TA is usually used (often by big players) as a tool to coordinate actions of many participants.... But standard TA actually does not work when underlying processes are (strongly) time-dependent....as it is in case of kpn since rights issue.... The only dynamic TA with (time-dependent) price/volume distributions may have sense.
That resistance zone (~1.82-1.86) - it's actually a "historical inheritance" and ..... the time till it's broken depends on price/volume distributions and some other stuff. Current pdf structure does not show any crucial points in time for that..... So, the "speed" is not important now.
