    Zaterdag is de intocht van Sinterklaas? Heeft hij al een PB gestuurd? Misschien dat vandaag al een cadeautje voor Onxeo door de schoorsteen valt.

    Ik kan ook geen bijzonderheden vinden. Misschien dat een grote koper nu pas het bericht leest van 7 november over de bemoedigende resultaten van Livatag. Of dat ze op een congres in Parijs aanwezig zijn op 18 - 19 november.

    Does anyone know the exact date when the results of the 9th DSMB of the Phase III of Livatag is supposed to be published? If anyone knows the date, could you please share that with us.

(Euronext Paris, Kopenhagen Nasdaq: ONXEO), innovatief bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling van weesgeneesmiddelen in het bijzonder in oncologie, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het bedrijf ontving de 9e unanieme aanbeveling van de gegevens veiligheid Monitoring Board (DSMB), een Comité van Europese deskundigen verantwoordelijke controle test fase III of Livatag® 'Herleven' om door te gaan zonder verandering in deze studie.

    De 9e opeenvolgende positieve aanbeveling van de DSMB bevestigt eens te meer het veiligheidsprofiel van Livatag®. Herleven een internationale gerandomiseerde fase III, momenteel aan de gang is, gericht op het aantonen van de effectiviteit van de intraveneuze van Livatag® bij patiënten van Carcinoma van geavanceerde hepatocellulaire (HCC, ook wel primaire kanker van de lever), na de mislukking of intolerantie voor Sorafenib. De studie voorspelt het rekruteren van 400 patiënten op meer dan 90 plaatsen in totaal. Tot op heden werden meer dan 90% van de patiënten gerandomiseerd in de studie. Het verslag van de DSMB herzien de gegevens over de veiligheid van patiënten die behandeld werden tijdens de studie, die meer dan 900 injecties helemaal vertegenwoordigt.

    Vergeleken met Stivarga (regorafenib) van Bayer vs placebo
    PFS : 3.1 maand vs 1.5 maand
    OS : 10.6 maand vs 7.8 maand

    Niet slecht!

    The Dow Jones is going higher and higher every day and so is the AEX Amsterdam. But ONXEO's stock price is going downwards. What is going on with Onxeo? This is very disappointing to the shareholders, to say the least.

    Onxeao'sp ipeline is too small, too specific , this combined with the lack of strategic partners having the capabillity to fuel imagination on the enterprisevalue, makes that the stock valuation currently is limited.

    The way how ONXEO manages and progresses on it's pipeline is robust and (so far so good) managed trustworthy.
    Juliet Grexiet as CEO plays an important role and is guiding ONXEO stp by step to a breakthrough.

    Viewing the recent step towards the USA growing the visisbillity on the US bio-tech capital market , making the organisation more robust and the expended capitalisation , ONXEO should be good and safely financed untill theend of 2019.

    I am following ONXEO for > 1 year now.
    The truth is what I found as well; The company has an excellen track record as bio-tech developing medicin within orphan oncology based diseases.
    It seems as ONXEO has not yet been understood correctly by the markets and or larger medical conglomerates.
    Perhaps because they are French and so far too focussed on the EU bio-tech development in the large medical market.

    My opinion ; Very interesting company, but I have not yet disclosed the "trick"that will make the value spin upward. Once it does, it will be good and steep (fast) as someone buys his\her way into ONXEO, meaning they see the true potential of the pipeline.

    Is there actually a limited financial interest in the EU for bio-tech's or is there simply too much choice and diversity in the financial bio-tech market that can be invested in , thus is .......the real hype over and the bio-tech market maturing ?
