5.2. TomTom NVN.V. operates a long-term
incentives plan in the form of a stock option
plan. Members of the Management Board
are eligible to participate in the TomTom
Stock Option Plan 2009, as amended in
2011.. Stock options granted under this plan
are conditional to the fulfilment of
performance conditions and continued
employment until the vesting date. The
performance criteria are measured over a
three year period which period will start at 1
January of the calendar year in which the
options are granted. To the extent that the

Options have a life of seven years from the
grant date. The exercise price of the options

Tot wanneer zijn de opties nu geldig? 3 jaar of 7 jaar na uitgifte?
Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat er opties gegeven worden aan de raad van bestuur en dat dan grootaandeelhouders hun aandelen gaan uitlenen om de koers te drukken.
Misschien hebben de zusjes ruzie en drukt de ene zus de koers ten nadele van de andere zus ;)
