    iOS 7 imminent: Apple confirms WWDC 2013 keynote for June 10th

    Apple confirmed to AllThingsD today that Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) keynote presentation will be held on June 10th, the first day of WWDC this year. What can you expect to take away from this keynote? iOS 7 will almost certainly get its big unveiling, for one.

    The updated OS should feature a new, “flatter” design for the UI plus some other possible new additions like Flickr and Vimeo integration and improved Maps. Though it probably will not get a release until the fall, Apple should make the developer beta of iOS 7 available during WWDC.

    OS X 10.9 is rumored to get some spotlight at the keynote, too. No one has pinned which big cat name Apple is going to use this time around, so we’ll have to wait and see. The MacBook Air line is expected to get a hardware refresh as well.

    The WWDC 2013 keynote will presumably be led by CEO Tim Cook as well as some other speakers like Phil Schiller and is typically at 10 a.m. pacific or 1 p.m. eastern.

    Apple confirms WWDC keynote address scheduled for Monday, June 10th

    Apple has confirmed to AllThingsD that this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will kickoff with a keynote address on Monday, June 10th. Apple typically kicks off its WWDCs with keynotes.

    Apple previously said that it would debut new versions of iOS and OS X at WWDC. The conference runs from June 10th until June 15th. We’re expecting Apple to debut a redesigned iOS 7 with improved in-car integration , more social network connectivity and OS X 10.9 with an improved Finder and power-user features. We will have live coverage from Moscone in San Francisco during the keynote.

    Apple's services probleem

    Ze zijn sterk gericht op design. Dat vind men in de top belangrijk. Maar naarmate meer consumenten hun smartphones echt intensief gebruiken, is design niet meer genoeg. De diensten moeten simpel en betrouwbaar zijn en over de meest actuele data beschikken.

    Voor het onderdeel locatie weten we de oplossing wel. Even los van het speculeren en nuchter bekeken: als Apple TomTom koopt dan hebben ze er een scheepslading experts bij ogv maps en locatiediensten. Ze zouden daar echt veel aan kunnen hebben. Ze moeten er dan wel voorzichtig mee omgaan en de experts binnenboord houden, zoals oud ceo van teleatlas die nu in RvB tomtom zit. En niet iedereen zal in San Francisco willen werken.

    Nog altijd beter dan van een viaduct afrijden omdat je I-pnone dat aangeeft.

    Apple staat vanuit alle kanten onder druk: De vieze belastingconstructie, de kinderhandjes die al dit moois in elkaar mogen schroeven, geen nieuwe producten in de pijplijn, een verder wegzakkende koers.....Steve Jobs moet(vitueel) de leiding weer op zich nemen....

    Ben erg benieuwd wat ze bj Apple onder " Game changers " verstaan.
    Een TV daar geloof ik niet in, een polscomputer lijk me erg onhandig en een brilletje is er al.
    Wordt het misschien iets in de automotive sector en wordt daarom de samenwerking met Tom2 inniger?
