   Op jouw advies hebben we het toch opgeschroefd naar een hoger aantal emissies! Ik ga/ging uit van in totaal: 60 milj. uitstaande aandelen (+ rest aan schuldpapier). By the way: hebben jullie er wel eens over nagedacht, dat de grote financier wellicht preferente aandelen heeft gekregen i.p.v. gewone aandelen.

   The Company has already secured a commitment for up to €15 million of debt finance through the Loan Facility Agreement with
   Quivest to meet its investment in the joint venture, however, for the reasons discussed above in relation to the Equity Facility, there can be no guarantee that Quivest will be able to honour its obligations under the Loan Facility Agreement.
   
   The impact of Quivest not honouring its obligations under the Loan Facility Agreement could result in the Company being unable to honour its obligations to the proposed joint venture in China, unless alternative financing arrangements were made.

   En met al die onzekerheid toch maar even snel die € 1 miljoen fee cashen. Vanavond Radar gezien?
