    op € 6,16 gesloten op 31 dec 2021 . onlangs 15 cent dividend gegeven. Is dit niet een mooi dividendfonds? We gaan Volta in 2022 volgen

    NAV 7,27 hierbij dient aan te merken dat het fonds 0,15 ex is gegaan in december.
    Dus verwacht komende maanden een oplopende NAV.

    Absoluut! Jullie zijn me net weer voor met het posten van de maandelijkse NAV. Als dit zo doorgaat hebben we einde jaar wellicht een kwartaaldividend van Euro 0,16. Mooi ook hoe transparant dat dividend is geregeld. 8% van NAV = dividend. Verder geven ze heldere maandrapportages. Ondank het hoge risico (CLO debts), wordt dit fonds in mijn ogen uitstekend gemanaged.

    wanneer is de eerstvolgende dividend betaling.? nu 1 keer 0,15 cent gehad in december.

    As at the end of February 2021, Volta’s NAV was €259.9m or €7.10 per share.

    At the end of February, the consequences of the Ukrainian invasion were beginning to be felt in the credit markets. February performance was -3.9% after a +1.7% performance in January.

    The Company announces that it has declared a quarterly interim dividend of €0.15 per share payable on 28 April 2022 amounting to approximately €5.49 million, equating approximately to an annualised 8% of net asset value. The ex-dividend date is 24 March 2022 with a record date of 25 March 2022.

    NAV down naar Euro 7,10 en toch een dividend van Euro 0,15, prima.
    Wel wees de forse daling van de NAV afgelopen maand mij weer op het feit dat een belegging in Volta hoog risico is.

    Volta Finance Limited : Net Asset Value as at 30 April 2022

    As at the end of April 2022, Volta’s NAV was €264.1m or €7.22 per share.

    For the coming quarters, there are no signs that Volta may suffer from any diversion of cashflows from its CLO Equity positions. Receiving a continuing high level will allow us to take advantage of opportunities arising from the current market environment while paying a solid quarterly dividend.
